Wait for the Live Draw on Facebook

​​We run our draw live on Facebook so that everything is transparent and you can have assurance that it is fair.

The live draw date for each prize draw is shown in our webpage. It usually happens a few days after the prize draw's closing date to allow time for us to process postal entries.​

How We Select the Winner

​​The winner is selected by an independent company called Random Draws. Their process for selecting winners is compliant with the Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code which is the rule book for non-broadcast advertisements, sales promotions and direct marketing communications in the United Kingdom. Random Draws also ensures (as we do) that winner data is kept private and secure.​

Issuing the Prize

Once a winner has been selected, we contact them by email within 72 hours of the draw results being determined.

 

The winner must accept the prize within 5 working days of being contacted by us. The prize will be issued to the winner electronically via email once our identity verification process has been completed.

If the winner is unable to confirm acceptance of the prize in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, another winner will be selected by Random Draws. However, any subsequent draw may not be broadcast live on Facebook to allow us to select an alternative winner and issue the prize as quickly as possible.​
